How does the 14-day free trial work?+

Our free trial gives you full access to the Team plan features for 14 days, capped at 25 parsed resumes. No credit card is required to sign up. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during or after the trial.

What happens if I exceed my monthly resume quota?+

If you reach 100% of your plan's resume limit, we'll notify you via email and in the UI. Additional resume uploads will be paused until the start of your next billing cycle, or you can choose to instantly upgrade to a higher tier.

Can I add or remove teammate seats?+

Yes. The Team plan includes 3 seats and the Agency plan includes 10 seats. You can invite team members directly in your workspace settings. If you need more seats than your current plan provides, you can scale up to the next plan in one click.

How secure is candidate and workspace data?+

All resumes and workspace data are encrypted at rest and in transit. Document data is held in Postgres + object storage and is never shared, sold, or used to train third-party models. See the /security page and our privacy policy for more detail.
