Interactive Sourcing Checklist

✓Confirm baseline eligibility (location, work authorisation, salary band, notice period)
✓Read the resume top-to-bottom once, before applying any criteria — get the candidate's narrative first
✓Check every must-have against a specific sentence in the resume (no sentence = needs review, not yes)
✓Distinguish production scale from school / hobby projects — a portfolio link is not the same as on-call ownership
✓Look for tenure pattern: average time in role, gaps, recent reductions in scope or seniority
✓Verify contact info and LinkedIn URL before passing the resume to the hiring manager
✓Flag any claim that needs a screening call to verify (titles vs scope, employer ambiguity, dates that don't add up)
✓Record one sentence of reasoning per must-have — future you will need it during debrief
